Photography Through The Ages

This blog is to look at how photography has travelled from simple idea, to the modern high-tech hobby that it is to most people today. However photography started before the first camera that was made in 1816 by Nicephore Niepce, a Frenchman. Before the first pinhole camera made by the ancient Greeks. I will be looking into where the ideas of photography were developed from some of our pre-historic ancestors. Some of the eras that I will be looking into are:

• Pre-history
• Ancient Eygpt
• Ancient Greece
• Rome
• Middle Ages, 5th-15th century
• Renaissance
• 19th century
• 21st century

As I am currently attending lessons that give me a brief over-view of each period, I intend to research more in depth the period that I am looking at and post about them. I also intend to use a variety of medias to show my findings with photographs and  videos, which I will keep a post documenting them all, like a bibliography.
